School. For your convenience, registration forms
and information are provided below. For each new
student registration, please complete both the
New Student Enrollment Packet as well a grade
specific packet.
New students residing
in the Houghton Portage Township District may
complete the enrollment packets at any time. New
students applying through Schools of Choice
should refer to the district’s
application process, prior to downloading
and completing the forms below.
